I do agree with him, the growth comes with how to retain customers and how can they help you grow. Obviously that acquisition is important, it’s also expensive, where you need to pour a lot of money or raise to keep it going, but continuous and sustainable growth comes from loyalty and not novelty, it should be something like the long-tail graph inverted.
