In the realm of retail, Generative AI is start to become a cornerstone for transformation, by enabling businesses to leap into new dimensions of efficiency, personalization, and customer satisfaction – just to say the least. Recently I did a presentation for some Retail customers and learned about some challenges they face. And we’re talking of areas where transformation is quite noticeable. Product design, supply chain logistics, sales and marketing, operations, and customer experience. Whether it’s accelerating research and development, optimizing the supply chain, personalizing marketing strategies, improving operational efficiency, or elevating customer service, GenAI will be at the forefront of all this innovation.
